Reddy is a hard-working, gifted human being who has a singular devotion to service. With humble beginnings, he rose to become one of the doyens of the education sector of North Karnataka.

His pioneering efforts revolutionized the education scenario in North Karnataka. Endowed with sharp business acumen, a balanced perspective and an impulse of giving back to the society, he set up the Navodaya Education Trust in 1992 for furthering his dream of shaping young minds through quality education.
