One day Guest Lecture on “Hybrid Automobile” was organized by Department of Mechanical Engineering at Auditorium, Navodaya Institute of Technology, Raichur on 12th March 2020.
The Resource person for the guest lecture was Dr. Raja Banerjee, Professor, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, IIT- Hyderabad, He explained the hybrid technology which is used to run a vehicle .He also talked about how this technology will be used to reduce emissions from the vehicle and to reduce the use of conventional fuel to propel the vehicle. He explained future challenges in hybrid technology. Students interacted with the resource person with queries related to design and opportunities in hybrid automobile domain.
